This roll was fantastic. It has been added to my list of favorite vegentarian rolls. One question, the finished roll had a bit more moisture than I like in the nori. Would you consider adding a bit of corn starch or flour to the tofu mix to absorb some of it?

Thank you for some of the most innovative sushi recipes on the web!

Thanks, Kevin for trying this out. When I created it, I purposely wanted it to have some moisture. An easy way to relieve the moisture content would be to drain the tofu first. Place your block of tofu between two kitchen towels and weigh it down with a plate for about 15-20 minutes.
