Sushi Muses

In celebration of All American sushi, check out these rocking sushi ladies who create interesting sushi combinations with All American flair.
It’s Not Raw Fish
Sushi chef Tracy Griffith’s Sushi American Style is the perfect book for those who think sushi is all raw fish. Not a single one of the recipes in this book includes raw fish or raw seafood. Instead, Griffith relies on easily accessible ingredients such as grilled pork, bbq chicken, sautéed vegetables, and even bleu cheese to create her unique style of sushi. Some of her creations include the Cowboy Roll, Green Goddess Roll, Cordon Bleu Roll and the Two Tiger Roll.
